A half rack of saint louis ribs dry rubbed with a sweet

and spicy dry rub and drizzled with chipotle bbq sauce.

Smoked trout served over a bed of mesclun mixed greens, grape tomatoes, 

red onion, artichoke hearts, and kalamata olives

with a side of  lemon vinaigrette



Pan Seared Salmon

Pan seared salmon with lemon garlic capers. Served with asparagus

and blistered grape tomatoes tossed in a balsamic glaze
